Supervisions enable professionnels of the same team (IME, Sessad, MAS, schools…) to receive immediate feedback concerning their practices.
To each difficulty met in real-life situations, our trainers provide appropriate and relevant answers.
The team is strengthened in their good habits and guided towards increased professionalism.
Based on the observation of the team in real circumstances , the supervisions enable :
• Evaluation of practices and communication techniques used
• Adoption of teaching strategies that encourage progress for persons with ASD
• Analysis of the goals of the programs followed in order to potentially readjust them
At the end of supervisions, centers can send to our trainers, videos of their work. These videos are studied and report of observations and advice is provided.
